I download Autel PC Suite 3.0 from the link in this forum post:

"Could not connect to server. Please check your internet connection". My internet connection is working fine.
How do I solve this issue?

Hi I think you need pc suit 6.13 for updates, just backup your sd card before you do a full update.

Hi just log into this site and click on pc suit , it should be the first program in the list, the one you want is autel pc suit 6.13, if you hover the mouse pointer over the product area it expands to show all products supported. -

Got it. Thanks.
The software is able to connect to update server with v6.3 now.
